Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of IronPlan (ironplan.ai), operated by One Dream Sport B.V., a Dutch private limited liability company (KVK: 96035609), with its corporate seat in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

By creating an account or using IronPlan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

IronPlan is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for fitness coaches and personal trainers. It uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized workout plans, nutrition plans, meal plans, and grocery lists based on client profile data provided by the coach.

3. Account responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and billing

IronPlan offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@ironplan.ai for refund requests.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute IronPlan without written permission.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Interfere with the service's operation or infrastructure.

7. Intellectual property

• The IronPlan platform, brand, and software are the intellectual property of One Dream Sport B.V.
• You retain ownership of the client data you input into the platform.
• AI-generated plans are licensed to you for use with your clients. You may export, share, and brand them as your own.
• We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content produced for your account.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, One Dream Sport B.V. and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of IronPlan.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@ironplan.ai or through your account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay subscription fees.
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
